I think that today was the day that I saw God the most. My group went to the Dumas Wesley center, which offers a low-cost daycare for working parents. We got to meet some great kids there and I met one three year old girl named C-Jay. She was so energetic and so full of life. I bonded with her very quickly. Kenzie was very quiet and shy but within 5 minutes I was making her laugh and giving her piggy back rides.
God's work is great and I think that God's presence was clearly showing through C-Jay and Kenzie. I am very lucky to have this experinece.
Christ's call to us is pretty bold, "Follow me." We know Christ is already at work all around the world and we are trying to be bold in our response to Christ's call. Here are our stories from Mobile, El Salvador, Pittsburgh and within our own community of Charlotte.
