God created us each for a purpose and because His love for us is so great we receive unexpected gifts from HIm all the time, but especialy when we are serving HIm and one in tune to HIs presence. In an enviornment like Pittsburgh Project where your soul purpose is to serve God's children with the hands and heart of Christ it is difficult not to feel close to God and recognize at least some of His purpose for your life. My team today: Will, Stephen, Walker, Laura, and Caroline served with the hands of Christ. We provided the bodies and the energy to do much needed yard work for Elaine and Delores, two adult women living in Perry South that are no longer physically able to do the work themselves. However, God's real purpose for each of us was much more than manual labor!!! I am so blessed to be here to worship and serve with MPPC and others from around the country. ---Luci
